You'll build relationships with wholesalers, operators and partners, creating commercial plans that drive both distribution and demand. You'll own your P&L, lead negotiations, and use insight to unlock opportunities that work for customers, consumers and the wider business. This is a role for someone who thrives in the field, understands how foodservice really works, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Requirements:
Experience in foodservice or B2B sales within FMCG
A proven track record of winning new business and developing accounts
Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L
Experience working with wholesalers, operators or contract caterers
Ability to use insight to influence and sell solutions, not just products
A natural relationship builder who can operate at multiple levels
Comfort switching between 'hunter' and 'farmer' modes
High energy, resilience and ambition with a low ego, high EQ approach
Someone who brings drive, ideas and a genuine passion for winning
