Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to manage and grow relationships with elite enterprise-level customers while driving strategic sales initiatives. The EAM will oversee an existing book of business ($2.5M+) and serve as the primary account interface for a select portfolio of high-value clients. This role requires a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and establish new enterprise relationships, ensuring alignment with Allied Universal® Technology Services’ core values and standards.
Job Responsibility:
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship development
Revenue Growth: Exceed assigned sales goals by mining existing accounts for new opportunities and aggressively expanding service and maintenance agreements
Business Development: Identify and develop new enterprise-level prospects through strategic outreach and consultative selling techniques
Proposal Management: Prepare timely, accurate, and compelling solution proposals tailored to client needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of solutions and services
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Allied Universal® as a trusted advisor
Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and goal progress using CRM tools
Requirements:
High school diploma required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting business
Minimum of five (5) years of enterprise sales or national sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment selling electronic security solutions

Relationship Builder: Knowledgeable and experienced in developing long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality service
Organized and Strategic: Skilled in planning for cold calling, client meetings and site walks throughout the territory while consistently reporting on goal tracking and achievement
Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, adept at crafting compelling presentations and written communications
Brand Builder: Experienced in brand development using networks, associations, and social media for effective prospecting
Multi-Tasker: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent follow-up skills
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and present comprehensive technology product and service solutions to our clients
Nice to have:
Experience with electronic security platforms such as AMAG, Lenel-S2, Genetec, Avigilon, and others
Familiarity with SAP and WeEstimate or similar quoting tools
