Job Description:

Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to manage and grow relationships with elite enterprise-level customers while driving strategic sales initiatives. The EAM will oversee an existing book of business ($2.5M+) and serve as the primary account interface for a select portfolio of high-value clients. This role requires a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and establish new enterprise relationships, ensuring alignment with Allied Universal® Technology Services’ core values and standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship development
  • Revenue Growth: Exceed assigned sales goals by mining existing accounts for new opportunities and aggressively expanding service and maintenance agreements
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new enterprise-level prospects through strategic outreach and consultative selling techniques
  • Solution Selling: Present comprehensive security technology solutions—including installation, service, maintenance agreements, and hosted managed services—to enterprise clients
  • Proposal Management: Prepare timely, accurate, and compelling solution proposals tailored to client needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of solutions and services
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Allied Universal® as a trusted advisor
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and goal progress using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required

  • Minimum of five (5) years of enterprise sales or national sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment selling electronic security solutions
