National Account Executive

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across North America
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
• Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maximise revenue opportunities within existing client accounts
• Lead and support RFP, tender, and proposal submissions
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets
• Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences

• Proven experience within the signage, visual communications, branded environments, or related industries
• Strong track record of generating new business and developing national accounts
• Experience tendering for and securing large-scale program work
• Knowledge of national rollout and multi-site project environments
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive and consultative sales approach
• Commercially focused with a passion for delivering results

Experience within Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, and/or General Contractor markets is highly desirable
