Due to continued business growth, they are looking to appoint a highly driven National Account Executive with the ambition and capability to step into a National Account Manager role within 2 Years. This newly created position reports directly to the Head of Sales, offering an exciting opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you’ll be challenged and supported to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering budgeted volume & profit targets
Supporting the SNAM in NPD launches and collaborating with development chefs on new projects
Sales performance & promotional forecasting through detailed data analysis
Building strong relationships both internally (manufacturing teams) and externally (supply analysts & buyers in major retail channels)
Implementing joint business plans, securing approvals, and executing effectively
Identifying risks & opportunities, engaging the team in problem-solving, and driving action plans
Managing sales & margins for assigned accounts, delivering against set budget targets
Developing & supporting commercial managers, contributing to overall business success
Requirements:
Strong organisational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a desire to succeed and grow
18+ months of experience in FMCG, Consumer Non-Food, or Retail
Experience in one of the following areas: Sales/Commercial – National or Regional Account Management, Category/Merchandising, Commercial Marketing, Commercial/Finance Analysis or Demand Planning, Retail-side experience- Buying Experience
