I’m recruiting for a Grocery National Account Executive to join MDCV UK — the producers behind Silverhand Estate, Ultimate Provence, Château de Berne, and Harlot — to help drive growth across the UK Off-Trade. Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow existing Off-Trade accounts, delivering on sales, distribution, and profit targets
Build and execute 12-month promotional plans that drive ROI and increase brand visibility
Support Off-Trade expansion by identifying new business opportunities within grocery and key retail channels
Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver seamless, commercially sound execution
Analyse category data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Activate brands across retail and trade events, bringing the MDCV UK portfolio to life
Requirements:
Experience as a National Account Executive, Account Manager, or Trade Marketing Executive within drinks or the FMCG world
Commercially minded, data-driven, and thrives on building relationships that deliver real results
Confident negotiating, influencing, and working cross-functionally
Self-motivated, resilient, and loves seeing plans deliver measurable impact
Passionate about premium drinks, sustainability, and making a genuine mark in a growing category
