Job Responsibility:
Plan, develop, agree, implement, and analyse an annual joint business plan with retailers in your portfolio
Collaborate with Field Sales and Education team to deliver retail excellence
Provide clear insights through weekly and monthly sales reporting help drive these into cross-functional business action
Owning the new product launches end to end, ensuring best in class execution
Build high impact retailer JBPs through cross-functional collaboration internally and externally
Requirements:
Have relevant work experience within luxury consumer goods and/or retail management (minimum 2 years)
Experience and confidence presenting to an audience and talking through brand benefits
Strong analytical skills and an ability to distil both quantitative and qualitative data into insight and action
A strong sense of accountability with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cross functional team
Master the English language on a near native level
