Job Description:

A busy, active family of four in Oyster Bay, NSW are seeking a warm, friendly and supportive nanny to help care for their two daughters (ages 3.5 years and 4 months). The role with predominately caring for the baby which includes keeping the baby engaged and happy while mum works from home, assisting with light housework and errands, and joining them for walks with their two gentle Labradors. This is a great opportunity for a student or someone looking for low-pressure part-time hours, with built-in downtime while the baby naps.

Job Responsibility:

Caring for the baby during work hours (play, naps, feeds, walks)
Light housework (laundry, tidying, dishwasher, some groceries)
Preparing healthy family meals (optional but appreciated)
Occasionally joining mum on outings or shoots
Taking the Labradors on walks with the stroller
Being available and helpful, but also relaxed during downtime

Requirements:

Experience as a nanny or working in child care
Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
Have a current Working With Children’s Check
Display strong communication skills and speaks English
Non smoking

Nice to have:

Bonus if you speak another language
