Nanny needed for one child who is almost 2. The child was born three months prematurely, is just starting to sit up on his own and uses his walker. He is in physical and occupational therapy on Tuesdays. The family is offering a short-term position for 3 months, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 7AM to 3PM, with guaranteed 24 hours per week.
Job Responsibility:
All standard nanny duties including meal and bottle prep, child laundry, keeping the home tidy, going on outings, and sanitizing/ rotating toys
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
2+ years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers
Previous experience working with children in therapy
Nice to have:
The ideal candidate is calm, laid back, and enjoys getting outside of the home
