Job Description:

Returning ABC Family Looking For An Energetic And Flexible Nanny! Long-term position caring for two children ages 2 and 4 years old. Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexibility, typically between 8 am to 6 pm, with a few split shifts and two date nights a month. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Live-out position.

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard nanny duties, including school pick up and drop offs, supporting developmental milestones, preparing healthy snacks and meals for the kids, child laundry, light housekeeping, picking up around the home, and providing a safe and creative learning environment
  • Travel with the family on one international trip and a few domestic trips a year
  • Must come up with fun activities and have a plan for the day/week

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including tdap
  • MUST have 4-wheel drive/ all-wheel drive or snow tires and be comfortable driving in the snow
  • 2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers and school age kids

Nice to have:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Engaging, creative, and loves to get out and play
  • Flexible, 110% reliable, and organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt, prepare, and stay on top of changing schedules and routines
  • Must be proactive in communication and align with the family’s positive and respectful values
  • Calm, easy-going, and proactive nanny who naturally notices what needs to be done and steps in
