Job Responsibility
Support the Lead Teacher in preparing the classroom and learning materials before lessons
Assist students during classroom activities, ensuring understanding and participation
Provide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning concepts
Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and non-classroom activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment
Support students’ social and emotional development through positive interactions
Assist with classroom management and behaviour reinforcement strategies
Help monitor and report student progress or concerns to the Lead Teacher
Support students with personal care needs, where appropriate (especially in younger years)
Participate in school routines, events, and collaborative team activities
Requirements
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (must-have)

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers (must-have)
