We are seeking a talented and motivated NAND Interface Design and Validation Intern to join our team in Milpitas, United States. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of NAND flash memory technology and interface design.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with System, Firmware, and Hardware teams to bring up and characterize high-speed NAND interfaces in new ASIC and NAND environments
  • Characterize interface training features, analyze performance and reliability results, and provide actionable feedback to Subject Matter Experts
  • Assist in debugging firmware and hardware issues during bring-up and validation phases
  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans for interface protocols
  • Contribute to the documentation of design specifications and validation results
  • Engage in continuous learning about emerging trends in NAND technology and interface protocols

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and Python
  • Familiarity with hardware validation tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of digital logic and circuit design principles
  • Experience with academic projects or coursework related to digital design or computer architecture
  • Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry and memory technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous internship experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
