What You’ll Do Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Provide classic and specialized manicure and pedicure services. Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, and moisturizing treatments. Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences and concerns. Provide recommendations based on nail health and lifestyle. Apply nail polish or artificial nails as per client's preferences. Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices. Sterilize tools and equipment after each use. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stay informed about the latest nail care products and trends. Recommend additional services or products based on client needs. Promote and sell retail nail care products. Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as a Nail Technician experience. Minimum of 2 (Two) years of customer service experience. Hospitality and luxury spa experience is a plus! Valid state license for nail technology. Knowledge of nail care products and techniques.
