Perform professional nail care services based on guest preferences, including manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips, polish changes, and specialty nail treatments
Provide a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Keep guests informed throughout the service, including explanations of treatments and retail products
Prepare, set up, maintain, and break down nail service work areas with required supplies
Assist with the overall setup, breakdown, and maintenance of Spa areas, including pre-treatment refreshment sections
Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve guest concerns in a timely, service-focused manner
Retrieve clean linens from laundry and return used linens following established procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Spa Dispensary, Nail Bar, and Staff Room
Utilize reservation systems, maintenance tracking tools, and Guest Experience databases accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
Make personalized service recommendations and suggest appropriate treatments and products
Ensure completion of daily and opening/closing checklists and verify that all Spa areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained
Work collaboratively and professionally with spa colleagues and leadership
Assist guests with spa orientations and answer questions related to products and treatments
Follow proper payroll, safety, and chemical handling procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management or security
Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of nail care experience, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
Current and valid cosmetology license
Strong communication skills and ability to serve guests of all ages
Genuine passion for providing exceptional service to guests, residents, and colleagues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions
High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role
