Job Responsibility

Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements based on guest requests and treatment protocols
Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, consulting on service selections, recommending aftercare products, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and treatment area in accordance with state regulations and spa standards
Follow all sanitation and disinfecting procedures for tools, equipment, and work areas
Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and products in nail care and spa services
Upsell and recommend retail products to support guest self-care routines
Assist with spa operations as needed, including laundry, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment rooms
Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style at all times
Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the spa and hotel
