Job Description:

MV Dispatch department is looking for an MV/LV Dispatch Center Engineer to perform shift control room functions in MV/LV dispatching, ensuring service continuity and quality, safety of people and assets, and coordination with HV Dispatch Center.

Job Responsibility:

Shift Control Room functions in MV/LV Dispatching
Real-time monitoring of the MV/LV network ensuring service continuity and quality
Ensuring safety of people and assets in all procedures
Support for shift coordination and supervision providing guidance for network switching operations
Coordination with HV Dispatch Center in context of network operations
Analysis of network asset maintenance orders and validation of asset management requests
Analysis and consolidation of OMS data related to quality of service
Execution of network studies involving load transfers, network optimization, loss reduction, and contingency scenarios
Analysis and management of SCADA alarms and automation systems
Application of critical thinking in complaint analysis and response, smart grid diagnostics, and proactive detection of LV faults

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with specialization in Energy field
Up to 3 years' experience in professional activity in Electrical Engineering
Availability for shift-based work
Electrical network analysis
Data analysis (large volumes of data including SCADA alarms, OMS events, energy metering, power flows)
Responsibility and autonomy
Strong teamwork skills

Nice to have:

Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Specialization in Energy field
