Job Responsibility:

  • Support attorneys with fund registration updates, compliance documentation, and organizational tasks related to mutual funds & ETFs
  • Assist in fund product development, launches, and reorganizations
  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors and committee meetings using tools like Diligent Boards
  • Coordinate fund contracts and shareholder reports, and assist with tender offer filings
  • Organize and maintain fund records and keep officer/manager databases updated

Requirements:

  • College degree & Paralegal certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a mutual fund legal department or similar law firm settings
  • Expertise in working with open-end, closed-end, and exchange-traded funds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management tools like Diligent Boards software
