  • Create an inspiring and inclusive environment where students feel confident to perform and compose
  • Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learners, from budding soloists to those discovering music for the first time
  • Manage classroom instruments and digital music resources effectively to enhance learning
  • Foster strong relationships with students and staff to contribute to the school's cultural life
  • Organise and lead rehearsals or small-scale performances to showcase student progress

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant Music Teaching experience
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Proven ability to play and teach at least one instrument (and/or vocals) to a high standard
  • Professional references covering your work history
