Music Data Analyst II

Maintaining CA data dashboards to assist CA Leadership in driving strategy, performance and impact through key data insights.

• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, proactively driving them from initiation to completion with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Proven track record of maintaining thorough documentation, tracking progress, and providing clear, detailed updates to stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• able to translate complex data into clear, digestible insights for diverse audiences
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical functions to gather requirements and align reporting with business objectives
• Ability to communicate and work well with designers and creatives, thriving in a team-oriented setting
• Commitment to data quality, integrity, and accuracy in all deliverables
• Initiative to identify and resolve blockers, ask clarifying questions, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Consistently produce thorough and well-organized documentation, ensuring all project notes, updates, and communications are clear, detailed, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
