Job Responsibility

Manages the day-to-day operations of the dog camp
Ensures employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Responsible for the training and development of camp staff
Performs all aspects of the musher and handler positions
Adheres to the company’s policy regarding the treatment of its animals
Responsible for ensuring our guests, employees, and animals experience the “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N. of a lifetime”
Responsible for safety of our guests, employees, and animals
Handles medical concerns and/or issues regarding dogs’ health & instructs staff on how to care for animals with medical needs
Ensures employees adhere to the company’s service standards, policies, and procedures and answers any questions or concerns employees or guests may have regarding policies and procedures
Resolves guests’ concerns and/or complaints as well as provides employees with guidance in handling these situations
