Aplin is proud to partner with a Canadian engineering firm in the search for a Municipal Division Manager for their Edmonton office. The organization offers comprehensive services across surveying, mapping, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental disciplines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture
  • Oversee municipal and land development projects from proposal through to completion
  • Manage project delivery including technical, financial, and operational aspects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
  • Oversee division operations including staffing, workload, budgets, and performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • P.Eng. designation (or eligibility)
  • 15+ years of experience in municipal engineering
  • Strong knowledge of municipal servicing and local standards (Edmonton area)
  • Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
