Job Description:

We’re looking for experienced multi-trade Plasterers to join our Dudley and Sandwell area team. You’ll work across a variety of internal and external property repairs and refurbishment projects, delivering high-quality finishes. This is a hands-on role covering plastering, carpentry, tiling, and general property maintenance across occupied and void homes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out all aspects of plastering and rendering repairs, including patching, bonding, skimming, and making good
  • Undertake multi-trade tasks such as tiling, carpentry, skirting, doors, window boards, and external brickwork repairs
  • Remove and refit sinks, baths, and radiators, including silicone sealing and adjustments
  • Replace or repair glass in uPVC windows
  • Carry out slabbing, edging, and minor landscaping tasks
  • Prepare surfaces and apply materials to achieve durable, high-quality finishes
  • Work safely and efficiently across occupied and void residential properties
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and correct PPE use
  • Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and admin teams to maintain smooth, efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
  • Experienced multi-trade plasterer with skills across plastering, tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, and general property maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness (Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality
