Job Description:

Are you ready to take on a challenging role where your skills will directly impact service delivery? A leading company in the FM industry is looking for a Multiskilled Shift Technician in Greater London. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance tasks that ensure the comfort and safety of occupants in a commercial office building.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out scheduled electrical and mechanical PPMs in line with site maintenance schedules
  • Maintain and inspect building services including electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and basic plumbing
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs to minimise downtime
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation via CAFM systems
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to ensure safe operations

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in building services maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively
  • Good communication skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
