Are you ready to take on an exciting role that combines versatility with a dynamic working environment? We are looking for a dedicated Multiskilled Operative to join our team in the heart of Merchant City, Glasgow!

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling mail, couriers, and stationery tasks accurately.
  • Managing records and providing reprographics support.
  • Completing manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Preparing documents for scanning by removing staples and fastenings.
  • Scanning mail and files into PDF format using high‑speed scanners.
  • Checking scanned documents to ensure they match the originals.
  • Receiving and sending courier deliveries.
  • Completing all tasks on time and to a high standard.
  • Working collaboratively and supporting the wider team.
  • Meeting targets and completing admin tasks as required.
  • Building positive relationships with customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and meeting deadlines in line with SLAs.
