Requirements

Recognised trade qualification (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent) in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC etc.
Proven experience across a variety of building services disciplines
Understanding of safe systems of work and toolbox talks
Good knowledge of PPM systems and working to SFG20/ACOP standards
Ability to use a smart phone/tablet and complete digital records
A flexible, can-do approach to a broad range of tasks
Full UK driving licence (pool vehicle provided for any site travel)

Job Responsibility

Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site
Cover a range of systems including Electrical (lighting, small power, fault finding), Plumbing (pipework, drainage, water systems), HVAC systems (basic servicing, filter changes, fault diagnosis), General fabric maintenance (doors, floors, walls, fixtures)
Support compliance with statutory obligations
Assist with small works and subcontractor supervision
Be part of the call-out rota
