Proclinical is recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join an innovative commercial team in Germany. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by promoting cutting-edge multiomics solutions. You will play a pivotal role in advancing scientific discovery and supporting customers in achieving their research goals.
Job Responsibility:
Execute the commercial sales strategy and budget for the German market
Design and deliver a strategic plan tailored to the multiomics portfolio, including expansion into new sectors and Large National Genomic Initiatives
Build and strengthen partnerships with service providers specialising in multiomics solutions
Equip the commercial team with strong multiomics value propositions to elevate overall expertise
Collaborate with organisations leveraging NGS for multiomics data outputs
Act as a trusted consultant to customers, offering expert insights across multiomics and pharmacomultiomics
Monitor emerging developments in multiomics to inform and refine sales approaches
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure sales activities align with company goals and customer expectations
Spot and evaluate potential business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
Deliver product presentations and lead consultative discussions to highlight the benefits of integrated multiomics solutions
Represent the organisation at industry events to boost brand visibility and engage prospective clients
Requirements:
Proven working history within multiomics, with expertise in genomics, transcriptomics, epigenetics, or proteomics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex scientific concepts effectively
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for omics technologies
Proven ability to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions, and drive sales engagements
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Degree in life sciences, bioinformatics, molecular biology, or a related field
Willingness to travel within Germany (50-60% travel required)
Fluency in business English and German
