Job Description:

Our client seeking an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience across air, road, and sea freight, and be confident managing the full cycle of operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle quotations, bookings, and end-to-end operations for multimodal shipments
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners via phone and email
  • Manage invoicing and general administration tasks
  • Use CargoWise software to manage shipments and documentation
  • Participate in the on-call rota (one Sunday every 4 weeks)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in air, road, and sea freight operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond for clients
  • Proficiency in CargoWise (desirable)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
