Job Description:

Our client seeking an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience across air, road, and sea freight, and be confident managing the full cycle of operations.

Job Responsibility:

Handle quotations, bookings, and end-to-end operations for multimodal shipments
Communicate effectively with clients and partners via phone and email
Manage invoicing and general administration tasks
Use CargoWise software to manage shipments and documentation
Participate in the on-call rota (one Sunday every 4 weeks)

Requirements:

Proven experience in air, road, and sea freight operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond for clients
Proficiency in CargoWise (desirable)
A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude

Nice to have:

Proficiency in CargoWise
