Are you a versatile storyteller with a passion for producing high-quality video content that connects people and brands? As a dedicated Multimedia Specialist, you will serve as the go-to expert for one client, ensuring their multimedia content needs are met from concept to delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the client on-site, with some hybrid flexibility depending on their preferences, making you an integral part of their team and brand storytelling efforts. You will take full ownership of the video production process, managing all aspects from filming to editing while maintaining a close, collaborative relationship with the client to meet their specific needs and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the complete video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing to deliver high-quality content
  • Work on-site with the client, with flexibility for remote collaboration depending on the project’s requirements
  • Collaborate with the client to create engaging video briefs, storyboards, and scripts that align with their brand vision and goals
  • Confidently execute solo shoots when needed, while may also coordinating with external freelancers or agencies for larger productions
  • Organize and maintain a structured system for storing and distributing video assets to ensure easy access and seamless project flow
  • Ensure all video, lighting, and audio equipment is properly maintained and set up for shoots

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of video production experience with a portfolio showcasing engaging multimedia content
  • Proficient in operating cameras (Red, Blackmagic, Sony), managing lighting/audio, and producing high-quality video
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) for polished, narrative-driven content
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for transforming ideas into captivating visual stories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to anticipate and meet client content needs
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced setting
