Job Description:

Responsible for designing marketing/recognition materials, assisting with photo and video projects, creating motion graphics, and supporting departmental events.

Job Responsibility:

Design artwork for promotional/agency recognition materials and visual for digital publishing
Assist for photo shootings for company events/activities
Assist for filming & video-editing
Create motion graphics, videos for social media platforms
Support and participate in departmental or agency-related events
Provide assistance to the team in generating nationwide agent posters on a daily and monthly basis
Ensure the timely completion of deliverables
Conduct thorough verification of reports and posters to ensure accuracy of details
Oversee the management of the agent master list and folder by maintaining updates to names and photographs

Requirements:

May intake
Candidate must possess or pursuing at least Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Advertising/Multimedia or equivalent
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere
Knowledge of online content tools in graphic design, video production, HTML or Dreamweaver is an advantage
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin is required for this role
Enthusiastic in visual, video production and digital marketing
Open to learn new skill and explore new ways of creativity
Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
Available for duration of 3/6 months

Nice to have:

Knowledge of online content tools in graphic design, video production, HTML or Dreamweaver
