We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will play a key part in creating visually compelling content that elevates our brand and supports major product launches. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for digital and print channels.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the design and production of compelling content across social media, digital ads, and integrated marketing campaigns
Driving video strategy and execution, from filming and editing to delivering polished content for multiple platforms
Owning photography projects for branding, social media, and promotional initiatives, ensuring consistency and creativity
Creating motion graphics and animations that bring our brand story to life across digital channels
Developing and maintaining visual assets for our website, including homepage banners and product visuals
Managing print deliverables such as brochures, flyers, and event materials, ensuring brand alignment
Collaborating at a strategic level with the marketing team to brainstorm, pitch, and execute bold creative ideas
Safeguarding brand integrity by ensuring all content adheres to guidelines and communicates a clear, cohesive visual narrative
Occasionally leading podcast production, including filming and editing
Monitoring and adapting to emerging trends in social media and content formats (shorts, reels, etc.), bringing fresh ideas to the table
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation work
Proficiency in tools like Canva, plus familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
Strong photography and video framing skills
Ability to create compelling visual stories across multiple platforms
Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing best practices
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while following creative direction
Nice to have:
Experience with podcast filming/editing
An interest in sport or crypto
