Job Responsibility:
Answer the phone promptly and professionally
Respond to emails and live chat promptly and professionally
Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met
Present our clients in a professional manner at all times
Continually look for ways to improve performance
Be well organised, professional and reliable
Work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and have fun at work
Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent numeracy and literacy
Excellent customer service skills
Good analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities
