The ideal candidate: You have completed vocational training in a chemical laboratory, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a similar field, and possess professional experience in the production of chemical/pharmaceutical products as well as GMP knowledge. Through our cross-departmental rotation model, you can actively rotate between the core areas of the Chemical Lab, QC Sensor Operations, and the establishment of sequencing processes, thereby building unique expertise.
Job Responsibility
Active participation in the establishment and implementation of new, innovative sequencing processes and their associated components
Involvement in various ongoing development programs and transfer projects for scaling our diagnostic platforms and introducing new products
Testing and preparation of critical materials and reagents for sequencing technology
Provision and synthesis of chemical precursors for the production of electrodes and sensors in dynamic production
Execution of chemical pre-treatments on components as well as incoming goods inspection and analysis of the chemicals and raw materials used
Final inspection of sensors and electrodes according to test specifications, test plans, and drawings, taking the QM system into account
Timely execution and documentation of analyses
GMP-compliant documentation of work processes, writing deviations, work instructions, and regulations
Co-responsibility for warehousing, inventory, and SAP management of materials
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
Experience in a GMP environment and GMP-compliant documentation
Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
good English skills are an advantage in an international innovation environment
1-2 years of professional experience in the manufacture of chemical/pharmaceutical products
Communicative and team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a conscientious, precise working style
High willingness to learn and commit, as well as a strong interest in familiarizing yourself with new, complex molecular biological processes
