Join Our Team as a Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician! Job Responsibility:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components within residential properties
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to plan system layouts accurately
  • Handle the installation, replacement, and repair of wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
  • Conduct tests on electrical systems and parts to verify performance and safety standards
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, making necessary repairs or component replacements
  • Work alongside construction teams to ensure electrical installations meet code requirements and project specifications
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures, electrical codes, and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Registration as an Apprentice or Journeyman in your jurisdiction
  • Minimum 3 months experience in wood frame residential construction (multi-family preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
