Deutsch is seeking a Multicultural Strategy Director to lead the strategic discipline across two key accounts at the agency. The Strategy Director is a proactive and positive leader. They have a knack for spotting opportunities and galvanizing others around them. They are a balanced logical and creative thinker who is equally comfortable conducting research and brainstorming ideas. They are a people person who nurtures relationships with clients and internal teams. The core of this role is brand strategy, however, prior experience with social and/or connections planning is a plus. While we develop 360 campaigns across these brands, many of our touchpoints live across digital and social channels.

Job Responsibility:
