We’re now looking for a Marketing Apprentice who wants real responsibility across multiple brands, not just one Instagram account.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
  • Produce short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), including basic editing
  • Capture photos and videos (team, events, behind-the-scenes, product, community)
  • Support content planning and scheduling across multiple brands
  • Monitor performance (reach, engagement, clicks) and suggest improvements
  • Engage with our online community and respond to comments/messages
  • Assist with updates to fluo.tech and related project websites
  • Upload new content, initiatives, announcements and case studies
  • Support basic SEO-friendly copywriting
  • Maintain brand consistency across web and social channels
  • Contribute to seasonal and cultural campaigns (e.g. Pride, Black History Month, Christmas, launches)
  • Support digital campaigns and email promotions
  • Assist with simple performance reporting
  • Help explore new marketing experiments across our initiatives
  • Create simple graphics using Canva / Adobe / other tools
  • Support brand consistency across all initiatives
  • Join brainstorming sessions for content and campaign ideas
  • Help evolve our visual storytelling over time
  • Support email marketing campaigns
  • Help manage audience lists and segmentation
  • Assist with CRM updates and reporting

  • 16+ years old
  • English & maths GCSE or equivalent grade above C/4
