Job Description

Manage and deliver multi-utility projects in Industrial, Commercial & Residential, ensuring compliance with client requirements, standards, and targets. Collaborate with clients, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals while overseeing health and safety, quality assurance, contract administration, cost control, and people management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and deliver multi-utility projects in Industrial, Commercial & Residential
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and targets
  • Collaborate with clients, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors, and other professionals
  • Oversee health and safety, quality assurance, contract administration, cost control, and people management
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance on-site, conduct audits and ToolBox Talks, report hazards, and manage paperwork
  • Oversee all utility work, from planning to commissioning, ensuring high-quality service and communication
  • Manage MU operatives and subcontractors, drive efficiency, and ensure adherence to working hours

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the MU industry and supervisory roles
  • CITB SMSTS, NRSWA, EUSR certifications
  • Full clean driving license
  • First Aid Training
  • Strong utility industry knowledge
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
