MULTI-UNIT GENERAL MANAGER Louisiana | Baton Rouge $75,000 Salary + Bonus + Company Vehicle A rapidly growing hospitality Coffee and beverage organization is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-volume locations throughout Southeast Louisiana. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support 6-10 locations within an assigned territory
  • Develop, coach, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and team development
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution across all locations
  • Monitor labor, sales, profitability, and key operational metrics
  • Support new store openings and future market growth
  • Spend the majority of your time in stores working alongside your teams
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on people and guest experience

Requirements

  • Multi-unit leadership experience within hospitality, foodservice, beverage, retail, or entertainment concepts
  • Proven ability to develop leaders and build strong teams
  • Strong understanding of labor management, P&L performance, and operational metrics
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules as business needs require
  • Experience supporting growth-oriented organizations preferred
