Job Description:

We are is a well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Attend reactive maintenance jobs
  • Accurately record measurements & materials
  • Take before/after job photos
  • Report back on job progress & issues
  • Recommend materials for future work

Requirements:

  • Experience in reactive repairs
  • Social housing experience (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Own tools required
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
