Job Description:

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors. We are looking for an all round Multi Trader to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E), services to our clients at a high quality standard.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed

Requirements:

Full driving licence max three point
Must be able to pass a DBS
Eligible to live and work in the UK
