• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients
• Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Conducting property inspections and identifying areas in need of maintenance or repair
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors when necessary

• Previous experience in general building maintenance
• A full UK driving licence (required for travel)
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
