Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
Experienced multi-trade plasterer with skills across plastering, tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, and general property maintenance
Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit
Strong Health & Safety awareness (Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, etc.)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality

Job Responsibility

Carry out all aspects of plastering and rendering repairs, including patching, bonding, skimming, and making good
Undertake multi-trade tasks such as tiling, carpentry, skirting, doors, window boards, and external brickwork repairs
Remove and refit sinks, baths, and radiators, including silicone sealing and adjustments
Replace or repair glass in uPVC windows
Carry out slabbing, edging, and minor landscaping tasks
Prepare surfaces and apply materials to achieve durable, high-quality finishes
Work safely and efficiently across occupied and void residential properties
Follow Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and correct PPE use
Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and admin teams to maintain smooth, efficient service delivery

Requirements

Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering
Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal setting

Job Responsibility

Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our voids and refurbishment team, predominantly in Plastering
