Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in void and refurbishment works for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties within the Bradford and Leeds area.

Job Responsibility:

Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our voids and refurbishment team, predominantly in Plastering
Occasionally undertake second fix works in occupied properties as part of the reactive maintenance team, such as basic plumbing & joinery works
Deliver excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment
Ensure all health and safety actions are communicated effectively and recorded

Requirements:

Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering
Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal setting
Basic plumbing and basic carpentry/joinery skills
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence

Nice to have:

Experience with dealing with damp, mould
