Requirements

Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.

Job Responsibility

Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works
Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

Requirements

Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in a core trade
Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting, fitting kitchens or bathrooms
A proficient level of health and safety awareness
Motivated in your approach to work - and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Joiner role.

Job Responsibility

Fitting kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms, undertaking carpentry and other minor works in plumbing and tiling
Ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings
Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team whilst always working to complete targets.
