Requirements

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or a recognised trade
Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties
Full UK manual driving licence
Own tools required
Right to work in the UK
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional trade skills are highly desirable

Job Responsibility

Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
Carry out a variety of maintenance and multi-trade works
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
Record measurements, materials used, and work completed
Take before and after photographs where required
Report job progress and any issues encountered
Identify and recommend follow-on works where necessary
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes
