Job Responsibility

Carry out reactive repairs
deliver high quality work in a fast paced, target driven environment
Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, predominantly in carpentry but also in plumbing and plastering
Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties
Emergency call out on a rota basis
Engage with residents and collaborate with your team
Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes
