Requirements

Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Must have carpentry experience
Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential

Job Responsibility

Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, specifically joinery, plus plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works
Ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages

Job Responsibility

Carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers properties
Use your skills to undertake multi trade work, including jobs related to plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair
Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties)
Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents
Emergency call out will be expected, on a rota basis
