Job Responsibility

Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and finishing tasks within occupied homes
Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, joinery, painting, or general property defects
Coordinate with contractors and the site team for larger works
Schedule and manage visits with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure all works are logged, tracked, and completed in line with company processes
Uphold strong health and safety standards across all tasks
Represent Dandara with professionalism and care in every homeowner interaction
