Job Description:

Join the Planned Works team responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the operational area. Work involves kitchen renewals, bathroom replacements, roof replacement, insulation, and special project works. Role is based around Eastleigh and key locations across the East region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivery of kitchen installations
  • Carry out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure works are in accordance to good building maintenance practice
  • Provide high-quality, 'right first time' service
