Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential

Job Responsibility

Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works
Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages

Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting, fitting kitchens
A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence

Job Responsibility

The main trade is carpentry (kitchen fitting), as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing and tiling (kitchens and ideally bathrooms), install vinyl sheet flooring, & tiling
The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people's homes, including vulnerable settings
Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team whilst always working to complete targets

Competitive basic salary of £36,382 for a 39 hour working week
On target earnings up to £40,438 with bonus, overtime and travel expense
