Job Responsibility

Leading and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers to deliver maintenance and improvement tasks effectively
Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance in line with safety, quality, and company standards
Overseeing breakdown response, ensuring timely fault diagnosis and repairs to minimise downtime
Maintaining and improving planned preventative maintenance schedules and documentation
Supporting production teams with machinery-related issues and providing technical guidance
