Job Description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team of Property Care Technicians across the UK. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property preservation and repair works, with travel required within the Middlesex area.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct damp and timber treatments including dry rot, woodworm, and damp proofing
  • Carry out waterproofing installations and associated first and second fix joinery work
  • Complete general plastering tasks as required
  • Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently
  • Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Timberwise brand professionally on every project

Requirements

  • Proven skills in plastering and/or joinery
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid CSCS card
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided
